Size Exchanges
We understand that finding the right fit online can sometimes be difficult. We therefore offer size exchanges if the article does not fit you.
Please note that:
- Size exchanges are subject to availability.
- The article must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
- Our rider will collect the article directly from your doorstep.
- A Rs. 350 redelivery/exchange fee will apply to all size exchanges.
- The replacement size will only be dispatched once the original article has reached our warehouse and passed inspection.
- Size exchange request must be made on our Whatsapp chat within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, unless the product received has a manufacturing defect or an issue caused by us.
If you receive an article with a defect, damage, or an incorrect measurement/size due to an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests reported after this 48-hour window may not be eligible for an exchange.
Please share clear pictures/videos of the issue with our customer support team so that we can assess it.
If the issue is confirmed to be from our side, we will replace the article with the same article. Refunds are not available as an alternative.
Important
Please make sure to check your order carefully upon delivery. Any defect, damage, or measurement issue caused by us must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
We cannot accept exchanges for articles that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise modified after delivery.
